I placed my order 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. The order also has a shipping charge of $7 for a standard delivery. Now I got an email asking for a feedback for the hoodie I have not received, so here is my review.

Didn’t even receive package

I made an order a very long time ago and still have not gotten the package. USPS and Shop have both not updated me as to the whereabouts of it. Last update was that you guys accepted my order but then the tracking stopped. It has been a very long time since I ordered and I haven’t even gotten a refund or any update. If you can’t deliver the package, I would at least like a full refund please.
